Sexual Health
Sexual difficulties may be ongoing or begin as a response to a life event like illness, job stress, or change in relationship. Sex Therapy is a form of outpatient counseling. The sex therapist is trained to evaluate and treat a variety of sexual and sexually-related problems including absent or low desire, fear and avoidance, arousal and orgasm concerns, compulsive use of pornography, rapid and delayed ejaculation, painful or difficult intercourse, and sexual and gender identity issues.
Staff at Chambers and Blohm Psychological Services have specialized training and experience in psychological and medical aspects of sexual issues and a network of other knowledgeable professionals for appropriate referrals. Staff are committed to providing accurate, nonjudgmental information and assuring the highest level of confidentiality to protect the privacy of all clients.
