We accept the following insurances:

• BCBS of ND (and most other states, although clients with out-of-state BCBS should first check with their insurance to ensure coverage)
• BCBS Medicaid Expansion
• Sanford Health Plan (all plans)
• ND Medicaid
• Medicare (testing only; not currently accepting new therapy or medication clients)

We do accept some Medicare advantage programs. Please call to inquire about your specific plan. Self/cash-pay rates and out-of-network options are also available. Please contact our billing department for more information.
