Our adult therapists are trained in a number of evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), exposure and response prevention (ERP), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and radically open dialectical behavior therapy (RO-DBT).

Services are provided for both brief and chronic situations. Many individuals are referred by their physician; however, anyone is welcome to call to schedule an appointment for an intake evaluation.
