Now Hiring: Front Office Lead.
We are seeking a personable, organized, and efficient candidate to lead our Bismarck office.
Start Date: Late summer/early fall 2025.
Hours: M-Th 730-530 (We’re flexible – let’s talk!). Minimal (<4 hours) remote work on Fridays.
The ideal candidate will have:
- at least a two-year college degree (or proof of equivalent experience in this area).
- prior experience in a medical office or other similar setting.
- strong people skills and a warm and welcoming presence.
- strong organizational and time management abilities.
- excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills.
Bonus points if the candidate has:
- familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes.
- experience in billing, collections, and insurance verification.
- familiarity with Athenahealth’s electronic medical record.
- familiarity with QuickBooks for expense tracking.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- front desk operations, including reception and clerical tasks.
- bill payments and expense tracking.
- provider relations and management.
- liaising with vendors, contractors, and building management.
- maintaining the office environment.
The logistics:
- competitive pay with project-based bonuses.
