Medication management services involve thorough education and close monitoring, including regular follow-up visits to assess efficacy and adherence to the patient’s treatment plan. Blood pressure, weight and occasional labs will also be assessed to assure quality of care. Please note that our providers do not prescribe antibiotics, narcotics or medications not within their scope of practice including treatments for thyroid problems, diabetes, or hypertension.
