Group therapy brings together individuals with shared concerns or goals to learn, practice skills, and offer mutual support.
Group therapy has been shown to be as, or even more, effective than individual therapy for a number of concerns. Our groups are led by clinicians with specialized training in the delivery of group psychotherapy.
